[Pulp-list] Pulp 2.15.0 Beta 3 Now Available!

A beta 3 has been published to address the failed verification of the following issue:

https://pulp.plan.io/issues/2788 

With beta 3 coming so close to the holidays, RC is now expected for after the holidays are over, and
  GA should follow shortly after.
