[Pulp-list] Pulp on Kubernetes

Thanks. OpenShift is definitely the next step, and ultimately what I hope
will become a common deployment platform for Pulp.

Context for anyone not familiar: OpenShift (the relatively new v3) is built
around Kubernetes.
