[Pulp-list] Adding Detail to Pulp3 Minimum Viable Product (live sessions)

[update] Tomorrow's call topic will be on the "Publishing" section, and
will include both user and plugin writer use cases for Pulp3 publishing.
These will mainly be based on issue #2868 [3]. Call detail to join are in
the email thread.
