[Pulp-list] Adding Detail to Pulp3 Minimum Viable Product (live sessions)

Tomorrow's call (27th) will cover the MVP use cases for the Python plugin.
This will be the first MVP call that is focused on the feature set of a
plugin that works with pulp3. See the use cases here [1].
