[Pulp-list] Adding Detail to Pulp3 Minimum Viable Product (live sessions)

I think we ought to consider going through the topics that we have and
revising them. There have been a number of minor changes, and Publishing
doesn't reflect the updated models. My goal is to make this document more
useful for QE.
