Hi Alejandro,
I don't know the specific answer to your question but it appears to be
dying while trying to parse the repomd file in Amazon S3 space:
https://graylog2-package-repository.s3.amazonaws.com/el/stable/2.4/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml

Pulp 2.9.x is very old and many, many updates related to metadata parsing
have happened between your version and the current version.  All of that
said, I was able to reproduce the same problem with both graylog 2.4 and
the prior stable version 2.3

There appears to be something in that particular product's YUM repodata
that is tickling some sort of bug in Pulp, even using the latest release of
Pulp.  You'll probably want to submit an issue on the bug tracker.  (
https://pulp.plan.io/issues?set_filter=1)
