[Pulp-list] create remote to redhat on pulp 3

It says "Timeout on reading data from socket" so either this is a bug, or
the remote server is not delivering you data over the socket connection,
perhaps due to some rate limiting. The remote has a download_concurrency
option [0] so perhaps reducing that will cause the server to give you all
of the data. You can also open an issue with reproducer details and we can
try to reproduce it.
