[Pulp-list] pulp_python 3.0.0b10

The latest beta release of the Python plugin is available on PyPI[0]. This
version is compatible with pulpcore 3.5.0.

This is mainly a pulpcore 3.5.0 compatibility release. In addition to that,
this release contains a new feature that allows users to create a Python
Remote from a Bandersnatch config file[1]. The changelog contains the full
list of changes[2].

Python bindings[3] and Ruby[4] bindings are available.
