[Pulp-list] Users who post content at pulp.plan.io will need to be verified

Dear users,

as of today, we started scanning our Redmine page (www.pulp.plan.io) for
spam content. Users, whose contributions contain untrusted outbound links,
will be required to perform additional follow-up actions in order to verify
their identity.

Every user who is considered to be a "spammer" receives an e-mail
notification specifying what kind of actions he or she should make. If such
a user will fail to respond within a given time frame, we will take care of
their contributions by ourselves. That is, we will remove the user and all
the associated content.
