Certificate based client authorization is now generally available with
pulp-certguard 1.0.0. The pypi release is here [0] and the docs are here
[1]*. There are no changes since 0.1.0rc5 so there is no meaningful, new
changelog to see. The 1.0.0 release is compatible with pulpcore 3.3.z and
3.4.z.

The existing installer can install/upgrade this plugin if your pulpcore is
at 3.3.z or 3.4.z. See the "pulp-certguard" example entry in the installer
quickstart [2].

The bump from 0.1.0 to 1.0.0 is intentional to indicate the pulp-certguard
is now stable and ready for production use. It's gone through a lot of
testing with Katello's use and also has many functional tests.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this release. Please report bugs
and issues here [3]. General questions are best sent to this mailing list
or to #pulp on freenode IRC.

*: The docs are erroring in the build on readthedocs, but the changelog is
actually empty since there have not been changes since 0.1.0rc5. See the
actual changelog here:
https://github.com/pulp/pulp-certguard/blob/master/CHANGES.rst#100-2020-07-01
We will work on resolving this.

Cheers,
Brian
