[Pulp-list] pulp-python 3.0.0b9 is available

The latest beta release of the Python plugin is available on PyPI[0]. This
version is compatible with pulpcore 3.4.0.

This is mainly a pulpcore 3.4.0 compatibility release. In addition to that,
this release contains a new feature that allows users to upload Python
packages directly into a repository[1]. The changelog contains the full
list of changes[2].

Python bindings[3] and Ruby[4] bindings are available.

### Installation

Please use the 3.4.0 release of pulp_installer to install this plugin[5].
