The pulp-2to3-migration 0.1.0 is now generally available.

This is a Pulp 3 plugin to migrate content and repositories from Pulp 2 to
Pulp 3.
This release supports File 0.1 and Container 1.0 plugins and it's
compatible with Pulpcore 3.0.
