Great, I think it's worth adding to the docs that it's not expected for

It resolves for users who haven't run makemigrations before upgrading to
3.3.1.

Bin, just remove the 0009_auto_20200425_1932.py to solve the upgrade issue.
It's only safe to remove this specific migration because we know the root
cause and you posted its content. Don't try to do it with any other one,
please.
