[Pulp-list] pulp_container 2.1.0 is Generally Available

pulp_container 2.1.0 is now available on PyPI[0]. This release is
compatible with pulpcore 3.7.0. It contains documentation updates and an
improvement for how content is served when S3 is used as a storage backend.
