[Pulp-list] stuck with https://pulp.plan.io/issues/8620

For now you need to revert the patch from
https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/pull/687. Then you need to remove
the compiled SELinux policies so they get recompiled and installed.

 rm /usr/local/share/selinux/targeted/pulpcore*

Then re-run the installer again.
