[Pulp-list] pulp_rpm version

Bin,

It's supported as Grant said, but despite this, please wait for 3.14.0 :)
Not because of version conflicts or support or anything like that, but
because there is a critical bug in the pulp_rpm 3.13.z releases which is
being fixed very very soon in 3.14.0.
