[Pulp-list] pulp 3.14 migration

Hi Bin,

We currently test migrating from 3.11 to 3.14, so probably something is
happening from 3.7 to 3.11
I'll be trying to reproduce the error. Are you using pulp_installer? If so,
which version? Which plugins do you use?
