[Pulp-list] pulp_python 3.1.0 is Generally Available

pulp_python 3.1.0 is now available on PyPI. [0]
It's compatible with pulpcore 3.9, 3.10, and upcoming 3.11.
pulp_python is now supported in the latest version of the Pulp-CLI! [1]
Check out the new documentation workflows to learn more about the new
commands. [2]

With this release we are moving all issues for the python plugin off of
