[Pulp-list] pulp-2to3-migration 0.11.1 is Generally Available

The pulp-2to3-migration 0.11.1 is now generally available.
It is compatible with pulpcore 3.6 and up to 3.12.

This release contains bug fixes:
 - for pulp_deb migration
 - for systems which started using pulp2 long time ago
 - for systems having corrupted docker content
