[Pulp-list] Pulp Container 2.6.0 is Generally Available

pulp_container 2.6.0 is now available on PyPI.

This release contains a bunch of  bugfixes and a feature that enables
remote association to the repository.

This release is compatible with pulpcore 3.12 and future 3.13.
