[Pulp-list] redis sentinel

This is not currently on our road map. Now that we are no longer using RQ
for the tasking system, we are in a much better position to add support for
redis sentinel. Please file a story at https://pulp.plan.io. This is an
important feature for making Pulp fully HA.
