[Rdo-list] neutron server failing to start

Lars,

This was the problem! Thanks for the pointer.

It turns out that I had all of configs set like so:

`rpc_backend = rabbit`

My brain must have just zoned out when I set that part up!

Thanks to everyone who chimed in. Much appreciated. :)
