Packstack fails with keystone on CentOS6 as of 7/30

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 10.2.3.16_keystone.pp

not evaluate: Expected 2 columns for role row, found 0. Line

It doesn't seem to be in the RPMs but in something else that gets pulled in.

Is there a schema change for Kilo/Liberty that somehow got back to Icehouse?
