[Rdo-list] RDO Manager overcloud VNC Deployment doesn't work

Hi all,

I've deployed the overcloud and launched a VM but I cannot VNC to the
console.

*Seeing in the logs I see this:*

My guess is that nova.conf in controllers nodes should have:

nova.conf:novncproxy_base_url=http://VIP:6080/vnc_auto.html
novncproxy_host=VIP

Instead of:

nova.conf:novncproxy_base_url=http://0.0.0.0:6080/vnc_auto.html
novncproxy_host=0.0.0.0
