Just an update on the documentation and the builds.

We consumed a patch that distributes docs a little cleaner. You can now
find docs on artifacts.opnfv.org

I've updated the links on the wiki page to point to artifacts.opnfv:

We also got an updated build of OpenDaylight that appears to be bad.
Watch the daily build for an updated build that's working.
