[Rdo-list] website outage

Hi,

so since there is a outage on the cloud hosting the website, we switched
back to the old OS1 cloud. I didn't have time to verify that anything
need to be fixed, and I suspect it will be a old snapshot of the
website, but I am working on forcing the upgrade.
