Here are short instructions how to test:

On CentOS7 install release rpm which is enabling test repo by default:

# yum install
http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-mitaka/centos-release-openstack-mitaka-1-1.el7.noarch.rpm


For other EL7 use:

# yum install
https://rdoproject.org/repos/openstack-mitaka/rdo-release-mitaka.rpm

Packstack enables production RDO repo by default so you have to use
--enable-rdo-testing option.
