[rdo-list] What's in RDO/Packstack/TripleO matrix

Features will be much more relevant in the comparison since packstack and
trippleO provides different approaches and overall results after the whole
process is completed.

@Udi - why packstack should be dead is quite wildly used still and
especially in POC setups...
