Project Apex is the OPNFV project that is using RDO manager to deploy OFNFV.

We posted Release Brahmaputra RCO ( release 2 RCO ) today:

RPM to use on a virutalization host install of CentOS7: 
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/apex/brahmaputra/opnfv-apex-2.7-brahmaputra.1.rc0.noarch.rpm

ISO install including CentOS 7: 
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/apex/brahmaputra/opnfv-brahmaputra.1.rc0.iso

One correction to the documentation, the settings files referenced in 
the docs have not yet been moved to /etc and can be found in /var/opt/opnfv/
