1. Deployment based on Mitaka trunks hangs running `openstack undercloud install`


   Attempting to start nova-compute :-

   1. nova-compute.log reports error connecting 127.0.0.1:5672

   2. `netstat -antp`  reports port 5672 bind to 192.0.2.1  and nothing else


Looks as bug for me.


2. Deployment based on Liberty stable branch fails to build all images required for upload


    I follow https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1273647

     stack$ export RDO_RELEASE='liberty'

     stack$ openstack overcloud image build --all

     It doesn't help. Version of python-tripleoclient is high enough.
