If you are deploying with Mitaka, please check you have the fix linked here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1567395 (https://github.com/rdo-packages/ironic-python-agent-distgit/commit/198e5bf53d94a658d836f72a17d1fbbe368e8bd8).

Other possible 'No Host found' culprits:

If you are creating your own flavor, ensure that the correct properties are set:

example:
openstack flavor set --property "cpu_arch"="x86_64" --property "capabilities:boot_option"="local" <flavor>;

The disk size reported after introspection looks fine - so you probably don't require disk hints but it's something to keep in mind: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1288192
