[Rdo-list] Reminder: Brno test day requires registration

A reminder: We'll be running a test day on-site in the Brno Red Hat
office. If you're going to attend we NEED for you to register, so that
we know how much space we need, and how much food to order. Please do
this now, so that we don't end up running out of food.
