Greetings All,

Link to the RDO-CI team scrum[1]  from this week's meeting is below.

Highlights:

 - rdocloud devmode update
 Have been a lot of issues getting reviews to work with both virt and ovb
 Used dmsimard's workaround to copy selinux module missing
 Setting up patches to be ready for merge
 rhos-10 and upgrades gates will be impacted
 settings changes already posted for  review - jjb updates to be submitted
 user doc sent out for review

 - Phase 2 transition status
  Still looking possible for this week to move OVB jobs
  To check with PTL if this week is acceptable
  We will be having daily stand up meetings to track progress

 - Stable gates, job watching process improvement
  Hubbot failing gates posts should be given the same priority as tripleo alerts
  Hubbot reports on gate check jobs so they all should pass
  AI: people on the team need to react to failing jobs more quickly

 - Handling reviews more effectively
  Don't ping cores for review until gates are passing
  Make sure the commit message says not just what was submitted by why and how to run it
  Post logs of testing if the gate tests are not sufficient to touch the changes
  AI: create an etherpad for review process improvement suggestions
  AI: try out new review meetings process

 - Phase 2 stable branches for quickstart and quickstart-extras
  myoung has these barnches
  will review jobs with rasca and rlandy
  should promote more stable pipeline jobs

- Periodic tempest job
  Ocata is running without no errors [2]
  Master with 13 failures (to be investigated) [3]
  These jobs are already showing up in openstack-health [4]
  Idea is to send email with failures: [5], [6]
