create install boot image with kernel 2.4.21-9.0.1.EL

Hello,

Are there a howto for creating a installation boot image with kernel
2.4.21-9.0.1.EL ?
Becose i have ibm blades hs40 and i can perform only a cd installation.
with kernel 2.4.21-9.0.1.EL i have an good running network with the new
e1000 kernel modul to build a kickstart installation.
