The EAS 3 easy iso for s390 image is correct

Hello,
I download the iso image from RHN 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS (v. 3 for S/390) Beta 
Disc one RHEL3-U3-Beta-RC-re0720.0-s390-as-disc1-ftp.iso
the initrd.img  file properties is:

 15414 Jul 20 15:59 initrd.img

it's too small not like other platforms and can not load the system up.
Can any one help me check is this right? Thanks.
