DHCP install - clarification

Once again, you CAN'T have a static IP AND a DHCP IP on the same
interface.  eth0 must be configured to use a static IP of 10.64.1.10 OR 
to get an IP from a DHCP server somewhere.  You can't have both.

If you want eth0 to be a DHCP _client_ and get its IP from DHCP, just
use redhat-config-network and set up eth0 to use DHCP.  If you want the
DHCP server to supply you with 10.64.1.10, then you must configure the
DHCP server to give you that IP.  Since you've said nothing about the
DHCP server, I can't advise you on how to do it.
