RH7.2 & X345 install

I'm trying to install RH7.2 on an IBM x345

The base install goes fine (special disk driver required) however after the
initial reboot the system hangs with:

	ERROR: /bin/insmod exited abnormally!
	...
	pivotroot: pivot_root(/sysroot,/sysroot/initrd) failed:2
	Freeing unused kernel memory: 220k freed
	Kernel panic: No init found.  Try passing init= option to kernel.

Anyone had a simular experience with a happy ending?
