Dial up failed

Hallo Rick, 

In order to see the problem clearly, here below is the message i receive if 
i start the command wvdial.
With command wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf the modem was detected.
Could you please tell me what i have to do so that my computer connects to 
internet?
