Is it mounting as ext3? 

As for fstab since you used a label you can mount with a label if you
want, or you can just mount with /dev/sdb1. With a label is in this
format:

LABEL=audio1            /home/mark/Audio/audio1         ext3   
rw,noauto,user  0 0

This is a 1394 drive. You probably want auto or defaults or some other
set of options.
