There is a shockwaye flashplayer plugin that works with most Linux
browsers, i.e. mozilla, opera, konqueror, netscape, etc. It can be
downloaded somewhere on macromedia's website. 

Othewrwise check http://codeweavers.org for "crossover office" which
enables you to run a plethora of windows apps/plugins on Linux using the
"wine' native libraries.
