trouble with Intel 82541 Gigabit Ethernet Controller

I was get so trouble like below :

I has SUPERMICRO MB P4SCE-O (P4SCSA)
with Intel 82541 Gigabit Ethernet Controller
(exactly 82541 ! not 82540 or 82543 it is suported ok but not mine
82541 !!! )
AND it can not see by kernel !!!
Who can resolve this trouble ?
