Fedore Core 3 hangs on install

Darian and Rick,
Thanks for your replys.
Darian you were right, I was trying to install using the video of the
onboard chip set which is ViA. Today I installed a video card in the AGV
port and Linux recognized it right away and is now running happily with
the video card. The video card is and nVidia GForce 4 and seems to work
just fine.
