FC 4 Installation from Hard Drive

Hi guys,
I've been using redhat 9 for a while now and I'm planning to upgrade to fedora 
core 4.

My PC has two partitions : an xp box and a redhat 9 partition and I don't have 
a CD burner.
therefore I'm opting for a hard drive Installation ..
I wonder If there is a way to download ISO images of fc4 to my redhat 9 
partition and try to boot installation from hard drive .
Is that possible ?
can someone describe me the steps i should take to successfully Install FC4 
from hard drive.
