not able to login in kde session with root

dear all,

i am not able to login in kde session as root, with
oracle or with any othere user i can..

it gives the error as below

your session only lastes less than 10 seconds. If you
have not logged out yourself, this could mean that
there is some installation problem or that you may be
out of diskspace. try logging in with on eof the
failsafe sessions to see if you can fix this problem.

if i click on check box it shows me that there is not
enough space in /root

from where should i start to solve this error.
which files i can remove from /root

please help..drumil
