Cannot ftp or telnet to linux : help required

Hmmm, I couldn't seem to duplicate that error on FC3 running vsftpd

 From what  I gather it may have something to do with a glitch between
vsftp and tcp wrappers. Try going to your vsftpd.conf file and turn tcp
wrappers off

i.e.

	tcp_wrappers=NO

and see  what happens.
