Anaconda looks at the names of the CD images and expects them to be
named exactly as they are on the download site.  For the current Red
Hat releases, that's RHEL-Ux-yS-discN.iso (where "x" is the update
number, and "y" is either "E" for Enhanced or "A" for "Advanced").

Anaconda also has the MD5 signature of each image embedded in it so it
can test the images and verify that they're correct.  You can bugger
Anaconda if you wish to, but unless you know how to write Python code,
I'd recommend against it.
