Confilct installing rpm for conexant modem

I am trying to install this drivers for the modem I have a HP Pavillion
Ze5385. Does amnybody have any idea why do i get taht message.

I already remove the kernel 2.4.20_8 with rpm -e kernel-2.4.20_8
