forgot root password

Hello,

On my Toshiba laptop I have installed redhat 9, and windows XP, and unfortunately I have forgot My Redhat root paswd.
Toshiba laptop has no Floppy drive. 

Can you help me with it ?. I know there is a way, to change the passwd with booting with CD .
