Trying to install 2.6 via apt/synaptic on RH9

Using aptrpm/synaptic to try installing 2.6.4.  My sources.list has:

rpm http://people.redhat.com arjanv/2.6 kernel

I do an aptget update, run synaptic and search for "kernel".  No 2.6 
kernel is to be found.  I did this for 2.6.0.test4 and it worked great. 
  Anyone have an idea why it apt/synaptic won't see the right stuff?

Apt-get update shows:
