First, I don't think this is the appropriate list to discuss PHP coding. Maybe 
you should ask this in php-general list.

You should look at the HTML source that is generated by the PHP in the web 
browser. Image display is HTML problem, not PHP. Debug the HTML first, then 
fix the corresponding thing in the PHP code. I quickly looked at this code  
but just seeing this code did not help to determine your problem.
